I hope that everyone has had a wonderful week! School starts back next week for me but it should be a little less stressful. I'm crossing my fingers anyway.
On a side note, I started working on my sewing machine. Holy.Moly. Let's just say I can sew a straight line but I want to do more challenging things, you know like purses and clothes. Patterns are HARD. I feel like I'm reading a foreign language! If any sewers out there have any tips/tricks feel free to leave a comment with your wisdom :)

ReplyDeleteAww thanks for the shout out!! I do a quite a bit of sewing ... and yes, patterns are a foreign language to me too!! I am pretty lucky, cause my Mom knows all of the "right" techniques and terminology ... I don't think there is any easy way to learn, unless you know someone. But I think you should just go for it!! You can do it!
ReplyDeleteHow nice to surprise your MIL that way. and she looks way to young to be 50!
